Overall it was extremely spacious, with a private bathroom.

TBH, the room was a bit dirty, we expected better.

The Staff was excellent! Very helpful. Shuttle service was a great help in getting to and from the "t" in Boston.

The room didn't have a mini fridge like several we have stayed in. That would be a good this for travelers like us who want to store leftovers or drinks between excursions.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 2 nights, yet everything was very comfortable. The location was convenient, short walk to Boston proper, the restaurant and the local conference centre, and the private parking was an excellent bonus. Also, a cubical shrine was 3 km away from the hotel. Double room included a coffeemaker, WiFi, and a mini fridge. Every member of staff was especially helpful and very friendly.

Management is professional. Services meet the needs of the traveller.

We had difficulty with the shuttle pick up at the train station at night. Be aware that they do other pick ups in the area for "clients". We waited 1 1/2 hour for the shutttle. The desk staff was unsympathetic (he reminded me this was a complimentary service) but when I talked with the manager, he understood that this was a significant problem for our family. They should not represent one thing, and do another.

The breakfast was very good. There was plenty of choice. Very courteous employees.

The back door is not fully secure. It does not lock automatically, you have to push hard then it will lock. Several times when I go inside the lock is not fully engaged. Just concern about bad guys getting in easy.

The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Lacking in lighting. Continental breakfast was great. Adequate laundry facility although a bit expensive we felt. Great exercise room.

Great amenities and staff!

The staff was very helpful when I first called, just to get information; they were pleasant during the stay; they were helpful with lifts to and from the airport shuttle. Staff was efficient and there were no delays. Breakfast was fine.

the heating/air conditioning unit in the room (#408) was extremely noisy, and did not maintain a constant temperature in the room. I had to turn it off to sleep.

I liked the room for our needs, the bed was comfortable.

I loved how the room had a comfortable layout, and the location was super convenient. The pool area was a nice touch. The housekeeping kept things tidy, and I appreciated the late check-out option.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief visit

Clean room, friendly staff, the breakfast bar was well-stocked and satisfying to start the day, while the fitness center had enough equipment for a quick workout before heading out, making it easy to enjoy the nearby attractions using public transportation.

Bathroom was stinky and moldy.

The van drive to and from the sub way. James was wonderful.

It is an older property, the hallways smelled a little but the rooms were fine. The pool needed attention.

The best part was the amazing staff were really nice for us 🚐 The only downside was the noisy curtains. Outside lights kept me up at night. A good stay!
